July 10, Day 30

It hit at least 102 today. Supposed to be the same tomorrow. I told hubby I was only cooking on the grill until it cools down - fortunately we got one with a side burner! I stopped at the store on the way home today and got stuff for hamburgers, grilled chicken salad, and stir fry. So we should be all set...

B: shredded wheat and bran, blueberries, skim milk, black coffee

S: grapes

L: grilled fajita meat, cucumber slices, plums, yogurt mixed w/ ff pudding mix.

S: milk

D: hamburger w/ ff cheese on 1 pt. bread, pickle spear, grilled potatoes, sf jello w/ cool whip light (0 points).

Water: gallon or so...

Whole Grains: bread, shredded wheat
